Pricing and Payments
Freelancer Guide is available for use on a credit basis. Credits can be purchased in packages of 200 for £20. Once credits are purchased and used, there are no cancellations or refunds available. It is the responsibility of the user to carefully consider their needs and budget before purchasing credits for the Freelancer Guide.
The Freelancer Guide reserves the right to change the cost of credits at any time. Any changes to the cost of credits will be clearly communicated to users in advance.
Intellectual Property
The content and materials included on the Freelancer Guide, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of SOLOVERSE LTD or its content suppliers and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.
Use of the Freelancer Guide does not grant you any rights to the intellectual property of SOLOVERSE LTD or its content suppliers. You may use any of the materials on the Freelancer Guide for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of SOLOVERSE LTD.
Limitation of Liability
SOLOVERSE LTD makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Freelancer Guide or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Freelancer Guide.
SOLOVERSE LTD will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Freelancer Guide, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
SOLOVERSE LTD does not warrant that the Freelancer Guide will be uninterrupted or error-free. SOLOVERSE LTD will not be liable for any interruptions or errors, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising in relation to the Freelancer Guide will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SOLOVERSE LTD with respect to the Freelancer Guide, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
